1. Principle of moderate use
It is hot and rainy in summer. During this period, try not to make the heat pump dryer work fatigued. Long-term continuous work can easily cause high temperature aging of the machine. Therefore, every 20 hours of work, give it 4 hours of rest time. When starting the machine, regular inspections should also be carried out, such as tightening screws, adding butter, checking vibration, etc.
2. Control the temperature of the dryer
In summer, it is recommended to use lubricating oil suitable for use under high temperature to increase the lubrication of the machine operation, ensure the flexibility of the machine operation, reduce friction heat, and avoid excessive machine temperature. In addition, if the bearing oil temperature rises, the cause should be immediately checked and eliminated in time.
3. Do a good job of daily cleaning
During daily use, do a good job of daily maintenance of the equipment, always pay attention to whether there is any aggregation, blockage, or sticking in a part of the heat pump dryer. Once found, clean it up immediately. In case of emergencies such as power outages, turn off the heat source switch and all power switches first, and wait until the temperature of the heat pump dryer barrel is normal before cleaning the equipment.
4. Stay away from flammable and dangerous goods
In the workplace of the dryer, safety inspections should be strengthened to avoid placing flammable and explosive items, such as air fresheners or flammable plastic products, which are potentially dangerous. In addition, hot weather makes accidents very likely to occur.
